The Moody Blues Bass player and singer songwriter for more than 50 years has left us. John did his best to keep their music alive by performing their music live after the group broke up. He performed as recently as this summer here Keswick Theater.

A statement from his family disclosed that Lodge died suddenly and unexpectedly. They did not relate the cause of death but did say that he “peacefully slipped away surrounded by his loved ones and the sounds of The Everly Brothers and Buddy Holly.”
